    Yeah, in this case I think there is a basic confession/admission. I'm just talking in general terms if you have one 90+ year old being accused of a crime and the eye witnesses are at best 80+ to a crime that happened 70 years ago.

    Thanks for sharing that. Counts as my learning something new today. One thing that sadly never amazes me is the level of cruelty humans are capable of.

    And genocide wasn't stopped after WW2. There's been plenty of it since.
