    10046783 -- Newsperson sought who will be a linchpin in coverage of China, helping set the agenda with the bureau chief and news editor and guiding other reporters to produce competitive, broad-ranging coverage. The job’s emphasis is on producing big-picture, captivating, prize-worthy stories, alongside distinctive spot news reporting. The reporter will work closely with other reporters and TV and photos and contribute to online interactives and social media.

    Qualifications:

    The successful candidate must have demonstrated excellence as a reporter, with at least 8 years full-time professional journalism experience.

    The ideal candidate has proven experience reporting on China, investigative skills, a knack for source-driven reporting and an understanding of multi-format journalism. The candidate must be able to generate projects independently and be comfortable working as part of a team. Fluency in Chinese is highly desired and in English is a must.....Check the AP jobs website for info
