Seems more was expected of an attorney than of Victor Conte, which is as it should be.

Ellerman got 30 months and the next longest sentence in the case was four months. It must be the seriousness of the crime and the fact that it was compounded by the Fainaru-Wada factor. An attorney gets 7.5 times more prison time than any one else in the case. Hmmm.
