Anyone watching Kansas-Florida College hoops?

Bill Self's players are the reason it went to OT...and then they saved themselves.

Self had little to do with it, except he recruited a team of badasses that need to get smart.

Once they wisen up, they'll be tough to beat.

I'd agree if it was one stupid foul, but when Kaun made the initial stupid foul, it was incumbent for Self to make his players understand -- in no uncertain terms -- that fouling ANYONE with a three-point lead was verboten.

Maybe he did, maybe he didn't, but it sure didn't look like it given that the second foul was hardly a touch foul.

  3. Can Yoakim Noah just once before he leaves Florida accept the fact that he's committed a foul?
Jeebus, how did this guy NOT go to Duke?
Might have been nice if the Gator frontcourt guarded somebody in the OT, too.

I missed the game. Judging by responses here it sounded like a thriller.

Was it as good as last year's Maui semifinal between Gonzaga and Michigan State? Because that game ... that game still gives me goosebumps.

No, it wasn't. That was one of the most exciting basketball games I've ever seen. This was good, but Ager and Morrison going at each other for the whole game and 3 OT's was just special.

Man could use a haircut too.

If the Jayhawks can keep their heads on straight and realize that they are the same group that lost to Oral Roberts, they could go pretty far. Lots and lots of talent on that team, and they also showed nerves of steel last night. Many times, Florida rallied to tie or take the lead, but Kansas wasn't bothered. Even when Florida was raining 3s in overtime, Kansas didn't panic and try to answer the 3 with a 3. Kept running the offense, making free throws, etc.

Great, great game. And to the dude who said this is why he loves college basketball - absolutely.

Love, absodamlutely love how the NCAA is trying to cut down on collegiate gambling, and yet they play this game at...............Yes............IN A CASINO.........(Orleans)

Wasn't really in the casino. I can't imagine players performing like that in a casino, with all the smoke.

I think we need to blur Joakim Noah's face from now on, like one of those extra family members in COPS.

Impressive win from KU, but if I'm the head coach from Oral Roberts, I'm lobbying for a poll spot one position higher than the 'Beakers.

Abut 24 hours late, but I'm here now. Unreal game to watch. The two fouls late, no excuse for that. To blow a four-point lead on what was Florida's final possession in regulation, there's just no excuse for that. But they showed some mettle in overtime.

Now if they could learn how to be ready to play every night -- think Oral Roberts -- and show some consistency, they can take the next step.

After that game, I'm thinking Kaun will see his minutes slashed due to Arthur getting more. And Julian Wright has really become a fun player to watch.

I was blown away at how polished Arthur's inside game was for a freshman. This season is off to an amazing start with all the upsets. Last night's might have been the most difficult top 25 to do in my five years doing it.

I was actually in Gainesville for the majority of this game watching it at a friend's house. He lives right next to the law school and as the game was progressing you could hear the rest of the residents on the street getting louder and tenser with each basket.

It was a hell of a game and those kids played a pre-conference tournament final in Vegas like it was life or death.
