    Since my new social media gig started I notice I am getting profile views by a lot of people in the industry. And one of my coworkers got headhunted that way.

    Did you guys know that when you sign in and scroll down, that on the right side of the page it says how many people have viewed your page? Click it. It's a two-way street so if you click on there's they can see it too, but it is really cool.
