  1. Guys...I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!

I passed the college jeopardy contestant test, and I have an audition and follow-up test on Nov. 12...

Any suggestions? What should I study up on?

    Help guys, help!

I easily beat everyone I play, but I need to know how to beat everyone else...

Learn everything you can about Potent Potables and Shakespeare. And don't call Alex Trebek a "canuck."

One of the sj California crew got to this point last year -- maybe TigerVols or birdscribe (I can't remember).

That's about useless, but there you go.

Don't talk about his Dago mustache and greasy hair.

And I don't care how clever it sounds in rehersal, don't tell the one about the difference between a mallard with a cold and Alex Trebek's mother.

Whatever you do, don't change your name to Turd Ferguson. Won't go over well at all.

The most difficult thing you'll face is something you probably cannot practice for. The toughest thing is timing when you press the buzzer. You're not eligible to buzz in until the answer has been completed, and if you go too early you can't hit it again for several seconds.

To that end, it doesn't matter as much how smart you are. Timing is absolutely your best friend and worst enemy in the next round of auditions. Good luck. If you reach the next step, you'll have done better than me.
