Anybody watch the Simpsons tonight?

Apparently I'm going to be president.

For all the Ralph Wiggum in the episode, however, I think I laughed the hardest when Nelson said to the WaPo reporter "Ha Ha! You're medium is dying."

So who wants to be on the Wiggum '08 ticket?

 

That's about where I saw it.

Skinner: Nelson!
Nelson: What? It's true.
Skinner: There's the truth and there's being nice.

 

That was awesome.

 

"But the other 49 primaries are next week ..."

 

"Which Springfield?"
"The ones the Simpsons live in!"

 

I saw that part as well. Even better is when the announcer introduced his panelists as, "xxx from Slate.com and xxx from CNN" in a really excited voice and then he sounded pissed that there was someone from the Washington Post there. My girlfriend, who is also in newspapers, and I both looked at each other and said I hope that is on YouTube soon.
Did the rest of the episode take shots at us?

 

My friggin Tivo cut off during Clinton's endorsement for Ralph. What did I miss?

 

Me too.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up in Romensko tomorrow.

As depressing as that clip is, it was funny.
