    I'll take Falling Water.

While I don't necessarily like it, I do think it's pretty damn cool at the same time. And, I love the Times features on unique homes around the world. Always interesting.

Reminds me a little of this, which I'm sure JR will recognize:

I'll take Falling Water as well, but it's apples and oranges

I could live with that view to open the slide show.

That's what I thought. If you're going to live in an urban environment, get to see it sprawled out in front of you

And slide 4 is pretty impressive

How about the voyeur specs between the chairs?

What makes you think there's anyone on this board from Pittsburgh?

    Ontario Gallery of Art.

I think the house in your picture is interesting and daring, just don't really like how it looks, or the colors.

And, I only compared it to Falling Water because it's in the region and is the first thing I thought of when I saw the thread title. But, I know you're a Frank Lloyd Wright fan, and would not have just come across Falling Water for the first time.

    Art Gallery of Ontario. Right.

. I'm embarrassed to say I was there to see a photography show about a year or so and do NOT remember the exterior of the building

There are a lot of reasons I like the Pittsburgh house. It seems to float over the city, it's open and airy but very private at the same time.

It's an interesting combination of warmth (the kitchen) and flat out industrial design.
