Anybody been to the Normandy Coast?

I've just found out I'm going to Belle-Ile on the Normandy coast to sing an opera in about 2-1/2 weeks. Has anyone been in that region who can advise me about what kind of weather I can expect? Hot? Humid? I'm guessing it won't be humid but I'd like to know for sure so I can plan clothing, etc.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Assuming you're talking about France and not some other Normandy, I was there in late May three years ago. At that time, I wore jeans and a sweater. I think the temps were in the 50s.

You can type international cities into weather.com, so you may want to try that.

He probably didn't enjoy the ride over, either.

HC is being her usual low key self.

This is a major accomplishment for my best friend.

Here's the link to the opera festival:

She has a principal role in The Barber of Seville.

I can't tell you how excited I am for her.

Is it ever hot and humid on that coast?

Congratulations... I'm in awe of your ability.

Remember that fat British guy who sang opera on that british TV show and won the contest?
    That's me, son.

I was actually there June 6, 1994, for the 50th anniversary. It was absolutely incredible. Really, no matter where you go in the area, it's stunning.

After the anniversary commemoration, we went to Brest, which was a fantastic town.

What should you wear? Jeans and a regular shirt. The weather should be nice, as long as it's not raining.
