It's amazing how new depths can be found when none seem possible. 10 year olds? 10 year olds.

Yeah, I'm not much for juvenile punishment, but this is despicable. Lock his ass up, and the punk 17 year old, too.

 

Throw away the key until he's 21.

Damn, I hate to say it -- but I'm glad they caught this kid early.

 

This stuff is so sickening. I don't know how anybody could do something like this, let alone a 10 year old. That's what, 3rd or 4th grade? Imagine contemplating doing this at that age. Imagine ANYONE - even the worst kid you knew then - doing this.

 

Charge his so-called "visibly upset" mother.
