    Depends on if they think it's a newspaper story that the Attorney General is having sex with men out side of his marriage. I don't know whether I would run with that or not. Probably not.

    No, it's not a newspaper story. But it appears this guy will resign from his job, which will be a story. The newspapers will probably tread very carefully on the reasons why.

    If they can confirm it, why wouldn't it be news in Alabama?
    Hell, our gay American former Governor of New Jersey became a national story when he came out just before his affairs were about to be exposed.
