Another ridiculous attempt to get a non-sport into the Olympics

How about cross-country bowling?

 

The athletes at the ancient Greek games did compete naked, although, correct me if I'm wrong, women were not allowed to be spectators.

You are correct, but I'm not sure if they were not allowed because of the nudity or because of being a lesser person. The ancient Greeks were very sexual people. Very. Even some of the books in the children's section at the library on the ancient Greeks have small pictures of pottery with orgies painted on them. My friend who home-schools her sons (and was using them for a lesson) was not happy about that.

 

I don't think pole dancing will make it as an Olympic sport if unnatural enhancements are banned.

 

Well it would fit with WADA trying to determine the performance enhancing qualities of -- brace yourself -- Viagra, which they currently are doing.

Viagra was actually a mistaken discovery. They were trying to invent a drug to increase I believe blood flow to the heart, and well they discovered a side effect in just about every trial with the drug among their male test subjects. So now apparently some athletes are trying out viagra to give them a, uh, edge.

 

Def Leppard are sooooo pulling for this.

 

Oh yeah, I remember back in the day, Animal was a strip-club staple.
