This is off topic but local6.com is a prime example of what I hate about TV station websites. Nowhere on this page is there an indication where they are located or where this suicide happened. Looking at the homepage I guess local6 is in Orlando but who knows?

The presumption of innocence only applies to the 12 people in the jury box.

Doesn't apply to you or me or Nancy Grace. How many people on here presumed Michael Jackson innocent? How many still believe in his innocence, even after a not-guilty verdict?

If there truly was a presumption of innocence, accused murderers would not be locked up as they await trial. They would be presumed innocent and walking the streets.
