Another question for the Fenian gang

    Let me get this straight:

The world would be better off if we got God (be it Allah, Jesus, Buddha, a Great California Redwood or Satan himself) out of government affairs. Having it in Washington is part of the problem, right?

So it goes without saying that it is also a problem in Tehran, Kabul and other points of hell's half acre. So how do you think you will ever succeed in telling these people to separate their religious beliefs from their government affairs? Ain't gonna be done. And their religious beliefs are to not only stand against all other religious beliefs, but eradicate the people who subscribe to those from the face of this rock.

So wipe it out of Washington. It ain't going to do much for international affairs.

Unless, of course, you guys on the left have an idea.

    This ought to be interesting.

It's only stupid because Democrats don't have an answer for it.

What does the way our government is run have to do with how other countries run theirs?

But to put your question another way, if those countries where religion has a big say in government are so bad, why would you want to model that here?

I'll hang up and wait for your answer, Yawney.

I've got an idea. Since this isn't even a legit question, and such an obvious case of comparing apples to oranges, let's simply not feed the troll ... in this case Yawn.

Yawn, you give all us lefties, Dems and "lieberals" ample "food for thought" with your compelling, challenging puzzlers. I, for one, have no solution to this knotty problem. But that's to be expected (here, lowering my head in shame).

Let's see, integration of church and state has been blamed by your ilk for anything from the cost of groceries to moral issues. We're dealing with an enemy that is fanatically religious and its tentacles go throughout its affairs. Radical Islam is what it is called and it wants to eradicate the West and make Islam the World Religion. What part of that do you not understand, kiddies?

Give Yawn a chance. Sometimes cute, little trolls grow up to be dim-witted ogres.
