    To be fair, Charles Krauthammer has long advocated for raising the gas tax until we're playing about 5 bucks a gallon.

    Gore would have gotten the same advice from the military that Bush did and Gore would have went in to Afghanistan. He would have used a combination of air power and boots on the ground to do what they needed to get done. Probably more air power than troops.
    We would not have invaded Iraq, that's for sure
