I think this list covers it all... (and I keep having to update this sucker)

Springsteen 88 (this includes half a dozen times in bars where he's just shown up and played with Southside Johnny or Joe Grushecky)

Slaid Cleaves about 24 (this includes counting two shows in one night - a 7:30 and 10:30 show as separate)

    Southside Johnny about 18-20

    Rod Picott 12-14

    Dan Bern 6

Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers 5

    John Eddie 5-6

    Joe D'Urso & Stone Caravan 4-5

    Terri Hendrix 4

    Joe Ely 3

    Billy Joel 2

    John Fogerty 2

    Chuck Berry 1
    Bob Dylan 1
    Elton John 1
    Jackson Browne 1
    Waco Brothers 1
    Tift Merritt 1
    Lucinda Williams 1
Bonnie Raitt 1 (opening for Fogerty in 1986 I think, his Eye of the Zombie tour when he was under his "No Creedence" vow)
Don Henley 1 (End of the Innocence tour)
Suzzana Hoffs 1 (opened for Don Henley)
    Ray Wylie Hubbard 1
    Glen Burtnick 1
    REO Speedwagon 1
    Survivor 1

Don't remember, but as I recall, it was the only show on that tour that didn't sell out. And half-full is a bit of a reach. I think about 7,500 paid to get in and the arena sat 19,000.
