I've probably seen them that many times. I saw them at Lollapalooza when I was in college and actually met B-Real when he walked around during Hole's set just to piss off Courtney Love...

They also toured with House of Pain and Rage Against the Machine... All great shows.

    R.E.M. -- 10 (My sister-in-law works in the band's office in Athens)
Widespread Panic -- 10 (Mostly while in high school in Athens)
    Pearl Jam -- 7
    Grateful Dead/The Other Ones/Ratdog -- 6

I don't think I've seen anybody else more than three times.

Had Heloise Williams not left Viper House, I would've watched them many times. She is fantastic.

Saw Phish twice and they didn't do much for me. Plus, and this still irks me, it's New Year's Eve 1999, FleetCenter, and just before midnight a billion balloons fall from the rafters. Great moment, people batting them all over the place, as they're bouncin' 'round the room. I so wanted the group to play Bouncin'. It was the perfect moment. They didn't. In fact, they didn't play that song at either show I attended. Bastards.

Saw Dave Matthews Band at the Knickerbocker Arena. So-so.

It's scary how many people that I know have me beat.

Four factors: 1) He puts on a great show that usually differs a decent amount from night to night; 2) I'd rather go to a Bruce show than do almost anything else; 3) He played a ton of shows in the NYC area on both the Reunion and Rising tours, including stands of 15, 10 and 10 shows. With the exception of one show in Vegas, every show that I've seen has been between Philly and Boston; 4) I didn't have a child until two years ago, so it wasn't a big deal to come home at 1 a.m. on a weeknight.

My five-timers club is rather limited, reflecting a Providence-Boston '80s clubber - the Lyres, Roomful of Blues and the Neighborhoods.
Other multiples: Human Sexual Response, Catherine Wheel, Lone Justice, Cramps, Buzzcocks, Tribe, Barrence Whitfield & the Savages
