    The Where are they now issue's probably my favorite SI each year. Haven't looked through it much yet, but saw people like Alex Karras, Willie Mays, Don Maynard, and John Carlos. And Anna, of course.

    Read that issue yesterday, and it was good stuff as always. I was pretty surprised by the Anna interview, it was actually refreshing to read it.

    She said essentially the same thing two months ago in Tennis. She seems to have her career and the hype surrounding it in perspective.

    Wait.

    How do we know she wasn't coached in how to answer those questions or wasn't provided with a cheat sheet in advance?

    For that matter, was her photo airbrushed?

    You just can't trust an ex-athletes these days.
