I wasn't trying to insult anyone. I have a few friends who quote the movie, and no doubt started quoting it when they were awkward teens, just as I've met teens today who are attracted to it like a moth to a flame. Those movies just seems to appeal to a specific mindset. If it helps any, I don't think I've ever met a stupid Python addict. Just never very cool ones.

 

You can't expect to wield supreme executive power just because I threw a sword at you.

No, that list is full of fail because it includes Napoleon Dynamite, which. Is. Not. Funny.

I watched that movie having been told how uproariously funny it was, and I kept waiting and waiting and waiting, and then it was over, and I wanted my two hours back.

I should qualify that I didn't quite realize it was a list of most quoted movies, and, yes, that movie is quoted all the time.

Doesn't make it suck any less.

 

After reading this thread I'm going to compose my own list: SJ posters with no sense of humor. ;D

 

Caddyshack is the one that was never very funny to me.
