2 of the things that make me laugh hardest don't involve any dialogue:

Bluto's reaction when they throw Dorfman's picture on the screen when they are evaluating pledge candidates

Wormer looking up at Bluto in his office and seeing him with a pencil in each nostril. Which, of course, follows my favorite line from the movie "fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through life, son."

"You fucked up. You trusted us."

I was surprised that one hasn't been mentioned yet.

"Everyone thought the Stork was brain-dead when he first came here"

Stork is an unsung classic in Animal House.

Too bad Doug Kenney died young.

How in the name of John Belushi's ghost did it take three pages for this quote to come up?

Because I screwed up and thought I had already posted it on page 1 or 2 when I didn't.

Actually "fat, drink and stupid ..." was uttered to Flounder after his grades were announced.

    The Bluto line:

"Mr. Blut- (looks up to see Bluto with the pencils in his nostrils) ... Mr. Blutarsky -- zero, point, zero."

EDIT: Actually, Captain Kirk, I read your post wrong. My apologies.

YouTube is an at-work lifesaver for many of the classic scenes (in multiple languages!), when you need a pick-me-up . . .

Captain: I LOVE Bluto's reaction to seeing Dorfman's image on the screen, plus the reaction of all his buddies.

Along those same lines, I also LMFAO when Otter is giving his speech at the hearing and says, "... took a few liberties with our female party guests... we did."

Then, he winks at Dean Wormer, whose expression is priceless.

The best part of the Double-Secret Probation edition is the extra interviewing Dean Wormer in retirement in Florida. If you haven't seen it yet, it's a must-see for all who love this classic.

I repeat what I said in my post that started this thread:

    Best. Comedy. Ever.
