    Dead lifts? Dumbbells? Just curious.

    Sometimes I work out, but I find that takes only a bit of the edge off.

    You could do permanent damage to your ear drums, you know. Trident wounds will heal, eventually.

    Except trident wounds to the eardrums.

    I just let it fester within me until it either kills me or manifests in the form of overwhelming hopelessness, which is far safer for those around me.

    Play tennis, go to a kickboxing class, do something where you can punch the hell outta something (not someone, Ike).

    I scowl and am generally quite unpleasant to be around.

    This is different from my normal persona in that normally I smirk and am unpleasant.
