Mucho gracias to the poor guy answering the phone on the sports desk at the SF Chronicle today.
I needed some help with something I'm working on and in a fit of desperation I called the Chronicle to see if they could give me some knowledge.
This guy, in my stupidity I forgot to ask his name, took some time out of his day and lent a hand.
I, for one, am very grateful for the assistance and in my southern vernacular, "thanks ya'll."
