    ... Steve Jobs.

    All of them.

Fassbender. Winslet. Sorkin. Rogan. Boyle. They need to bring a giant trunk to the Academy Awards in order to drag their Oscar haul home. Brilliant performances, absolutely brilliant.

Fassbender taking on Sorkin's script is like when Tom Brady joined forces with Bill Belichick. They elevate each other.

I think there's about as much truth in the movie as in a Republican Debate, but who cares. Outstanding movie where everything is real even if it isn't the truth.

    Not so fast, my friend:
    Hanks. Spielberg. "Bridge of Spies."

Interesting that you say that. I was watching the trailer earlier tonight and all I could think was how it was suspiciously devoid of any content - I know nothing of what the story is about other than, you know, Steve Jobs. It kind of looks terrible.

Hopefully, it's better than The Social Network.

Didn't really know what to expect. Had tickets to a preview screening. It was absolutely mesmerizing. Love Fassbender, love Sorkin, so figured it would be decent. Fassbender's on screen almost every second of the two hours. Audience was very much into it.

I never thought watching a movie about computers would be more fun than using a computer.

I wouldn't go betting the house on that yet my friend.
    Two words: Leonardo DiCaprio.
    Seriously.
    The Revenant.
    Looks insane.

Steve Jobs will be lucky to get 2 of the major awards.

I don't think I can support the continued deification of Jobs. The guy has been dead four years and has had two movies made about him.

The Oscar thread: Where a movie that one has seen becomes the prime contender in every category.

Funny. I have heard other people who have gone and hated it.

Saw a preview of that in the theater. Some of the shots look awesome.

That said, I am not natural inclined to go to movies with cold settings and dudes wearing beaver pelts.

Is there an alternative ending from the last Steve Jobs movie?
