Just released the nominations this morning.

Biggest snub, Gordon Pinsent for his performance in Away From Her.

Great news that Ellen Page got a nod for her turn in Juno.

Also notice that James Gandolfini got snubbed too, but Edie Falco got a nod for the Sopranos. The show did not get a Best TV Drama nod.

Although Dexter didn't get the nod for best drama series, good to see Michael C. Hall get the nod in the drama acting category.

Plus good to see Californication get some Golden Globe love -- best comedy series and best comedy actor (Duchovny)

I don't really care about or watch these award shoes, but how the hell did the Sopranos not get a drama nod while House and Grey's Anatomy did?

Because, as I will say forever, the Golden Globes always have been and always will be a fraud.

If you can find it, check out the documentary "Golden Globes: Hollywood's Dirty Little Secret".

I don't think even the nominees take the TV portion of the Golden Globes seriously.

    Or, at least they shouldn't.
