    Consider yourselves lucky they come back with names, even if they are the wrong ones.

    At one of my shops, I would get 'No. 10 of Westsyde tries to get the ball past No. 22 of Podunk.'

    Then the editor told me it was my job to identify the people in the picture even though I wasn't at the game -- just using the shot as a standalone.

    That lasted until the shooter came back from a political event with a cutline that said something like 'A city councillor cuts a ribbon in front of business leaders.'

    Actually, no words were necessary. I have this great, smug look I have that very nicely delivers the message 'fuck you.'

    This was in a photog-supplied cutline on a girls basketball photo:

    ``Offensive lineman Suzy Jumpshot ..."

    Hey, she plays center. That's an offensive lineman, right?

    With a lot of photographers, you can't even trust them to do that right.
