I heard they had good cue at the game. I understand there was some pretty good cue at the Jackson State-MSU debacle as well.

Should we type really slowly so you can understand it?

    I guess.
I've been in countless press boxes around the world. As my waistline shows, I've eaten a lot of food. I live in the south, though just barely. I've eaten a lot of barbecue.

I have never once heard it called "cue" until this thread.

At 53, I learn new things daily. Most of it I could live without learning.

  8. But the bedtime stories you spin are so worth staying up late.

If it took you 30 minutes to get to New Mexico from El Paso, you were driving really, really slow. It's pretty much on the border. No more than 5 or 10 minutes from the stadium.

I'm surprised. I actually picked it up cue during a tour of duty in the south. But you know every place has words that aren't common. A lot of people call a submarine sandwich a hoagie, a peanut butter sandwich PNJ, etc.

To get this thread somewhat back on track, I can confirm the rumors about Georgia Tech. I'm here in Bobby Dodd Stadium and they are charging $5 for the press meal. Pulled-pork sandwiches (you know, 'cue), sides and dessert. Soda and water are still free.
I didn't sample it - had something on the way down - but there were people paying for it.
