    Last I checked the Yankees surge in momentum has them at 0-0 with Abreu, Lidle and Wilson on the roster.

    If by unparalleled he means having columnists who are capable of solid writing and others who do nothing but scream, he would be correct

    Say what you want about Jay, but he makes the Sun-Times a must-read in Chicago...

    I don't read his stuff religiously but I've liked most of his columns.

    Maybe I should try a daily dose and see if I can reach the hate level around here.

    I don't hate Mariotti, I just on't find him to be a good writer. Hell, for half the money he makes I'll not make the effort to speak to the people I write negatively about -- and do a damn good job of it, too.
