An Oral History of FanHouse

    Talk about LONGform, this is 20K words. I have not read it yet, eager to do so later. We were put to sleep five years ago tomorrow. Don't know anything about the beginning of the site, don't know the machinations that went into its end. I do know the year I was there was one of the best of my career and I miss the people I worked with a whole hell of a lot.

    I've been on the front end of several media startups, so this was an interesting look at what happened during the relatively short history of FanHouse. It's fascinating to see some of the common experiences startups face and yet realize some of the unique circumstances they faced.
