Columbus police confirm his body has been found in apparent suicide.

Family said he had been complaining about concussion effects (he had had several) and acting erratically about that.

Found in a dumpster, but considered suicide...strange.

Both him and the gun were found in the dumpster. They must figure he climbed in and offed himself.

Strange is right. I would like to see the evidence as to why they think it is a suicide instead of a murder.

Unless someone hijacked his phone and sent those texts that he apologized to his family for being an embarrassment, and unless that was someone pretending to be him dressed in head-to-toe black on his way out the door, I don't see a lot of mystery here.

Also, self-inflicted gunshot wounds are established relatively easily, given angle of entry.

The forensics are pretty amazing these days. They can analyze the gun powder and also likely tell if at close range there was some kind of struggle for the gun.

    Really sad story.
