Leave Meatie Pie alone. I think he has a good point.

Whenever I read a story about Reggie Bush, I get really, really angry if the story doesn't explain that he is not related to George Bush.

Isn't Okoye like Smith in Nigeria? I get mad when Steven A. Smith doesn't say he's not related to Sam Smith.

Actually, Dipshit, Amobi Okoye is about as far removed from Nigeria (or wherever Christian Okoye was from) as geographically possible. Try Huntsville, Alabama.

He's also one of the better human interest stories in the draft. Started playing high school football at age 12, graduated when he was 15 (good player on a mediocre team). He's entering the NFL at age 19.

Except that he was born in Nigeria.

Oh, and I thought 19-year-olds weren't physically mature enough to play against "real men" in the NFL. [/maurice clarett]

But you still don't care to provide a link after 30 hours so that we can judge. So be it.

  9. So, is he related to Christian Okoye or what?

No. You can find that nugget about halfway down in the ESPN the Mag article on him. It's actually not half bad.

ESPN the Mag huh? You mean "SportsCenter" on paper?
Damn I hate that rag! I gave it up like bad crack a good 6-7 years ago...

Good one, Ace. I laughed out loud at that.
