    On the bright side, it could be the end of NASCAR.

    I envision NASCAR evolving from drivers actually behind the wheel to a bunch of guys standing around with remote controls. Or something like the Jetsons, in which the pit crew chief pushes a button to tell the car what to do.

    Of those stats cited, I'm not sure which scares me the most, but they are all highly disturbing.
