Tim Tebow's ex just blew it by singing a better version of Taylor Swift's "Love Story" than Taylor Swift, but it didn't work because Taylor Swift's kinda lousy version connects better.

 

Missed the end of last night. Did Andrew Garcia make it to the top 24?

I absolutely know this. After the last two weeks, this show's ratings will sink quicker than the Titanic with Simon Cowell gone next year.

 

No doubt about it. Simon makes $45 million a year on that show and he's worth every penny. They're about to see for themselves.

 

I don't know if he's worth $45 million in the big picture, but he's worth that relative to what Ellen Degeneres is making. I still remember the exchange when she first got on the show when she said something to the effect that "you're leaving just as I get here?" Much more to that I'm sure.

I'd consider it blasphemy, but he's been pretty damn good at picking winners, missing Sparks and Lambert (although that's who should have won).
