American Cleric Urges Death to America

He's sure to be asked to the White House soon so the President can apologize to him for his mistreatment in the USA and tell him he is sorry he was born here and not Saudi Arabia or some other forward thinking nation.

Given the billions we throw at the intelligence community, why is it such a big problem finding him?
