An online toast to "The Trials of O'Brien" . . . must-see TV, in our house.

At least now we know why he kept forgetting to ask that last question before turning to leave.

Yes... For Jack Cassidy, Bill Shatner, Robert Culp and so many others, this announcement is 35 years or so too late.

Jack Cassidy? If memory serves me correctly, he died in a fire. What does that have to do with AD?

    Mahogany. Pure mahogany....

They portrayed people with iron-clad schemes, only to be tripped up by Lt. Columbo.... Drip.

  10. Shatner AND Nimoy were both tripped up by the little gent in the raincoat.
Falk also was a great friend of Red Auerbach's and used to come to the games when the Russell-era Celtics played in LA.
Best of luck to him on this twilight journey.

    True.

I went with the three I did because I believe they were in multiple episodes.

My personal favorite was the episode at the Military Academy with Patrick McGoohan... and I think he might have been in multiple episodes too...
