Cut out crap food, exercise, water, commitment. Give yourself 6 months of said advice and you'll drop 25-30 pounds.

I know you can do it, Moddy.

We're selling it. The pharmacist said if you follow the diet with 15 grams of fat per meal you'll lose weight and not have the side effect issues others are having. We were all joking around about it and the comment was made that it was the dumbfucks who think they can take a diet pill, eat a double quarterpounder with cheese, not exercise, and still lose weight with no side effects that are having anal leakage issues.

"It's probably a smart idea to wear dark pants, and bring a change of clothes with you to work," the drug's official website says.

I went home on my work break and saw the ad for alli on TV. I don't think it works...anything advertised on tv as a diet pill is sure not to work. Exercise and proper eating diets are the way to go for weight loss.

It's just a lower dosage of a prescription pill that Doctalk tells me is pretty good.

I thought Moddy misspelled "Ali" and he bought the DVD.

Stephen Colbert had a bit about Alli a couple of nights ago.
I remember the advice from the Web site, "wear dark pants."
At first I thought it was a joke, like some made-up product because I haven't heard of it, but I saw it for sale yesterday at Target. And now this thread.
