    HR 1626 came up on the floor in Congress, congratulating Albert Pujols for winning the MVP Award, oh, eight months ago.

    You would think we had much more serious shit going on right now.

    Having worked for a legislature and seeing how the pulled pork is made (and delectably served), I believe the average person would be appalled at how badly they're being misrepresented by their elected officials.

    When I see this, I remember that these are the same people who passed the Patriot Act.
