The Defenders dropped on Netflix at midnight. I'm just getting started with the first episode. More later, but they do jump right into some action, which is a good start.

I had read mixed reviews based on the first four episodes, half of the season, but I am happy with what I watched so far. I just wish they had gone with a longer season. Some of the individual series had problems with pacing that was too slow, but this seems like a big enough story that it could have used more room to breathe.

Every scene that had Charlie Cox and Krysten Ritter together was excellent.

Overall not the best thing I've ever seen but I enjoyed it.

Pretty sure that's fan made and not official.

If so, my apologies. Still, it made me think that would be the right approach, to make it a horror film.

Full trailer for Marvel's Netflix Punisher series. Still no release date announced, though it is supposed to come before the end of 2017.

Yes. Jon Bernthal first appeared as the Punisher on Season 2 of Daredevil. The character and his performance were so well received that Marvel green lit a Punisher series. He really was great on Daredevil. I'm not sure how well Punisher will work on his own, but I'm looking forward to finding out.
