And it is not reopening in St. Paul, it is staying right where it's always been, in Eveleth, Minn. in Northern Minnesota's Iron Range.
Memorial Day weekend is the grand re-opening. I've been there, it's pretty cool.

Isn't Canada hosting two world major junior hockey championships is a row and possibly a third a couple of years down the road from that? Rumor here is that Halifax is going to go for another chance to host it because of the success of hosting the last time.

Yep, Canada is hosting in 2009 (Ottawa), 2010, and 2012. I wouldn't be shocked at all if Edmonton got one of those other ones, and maybe Quebec as well.

Brian Leetch was one of the best defenceman that graced the NHL and played a pivotal role in the Rangers Cup win in 1994.

As a Ranger fan for the past 40 years who's seen them from Brad Park to Barry Beck and onward, Brian Leetch was without peer.

Barry Beck's name should NEVER be in the same sentence as Brian Leetch. Unfortunately, I just disobeyed my own advice.

The clip has been out there for a while now, but yeah, still pretty impressive.

How about the Canucks ponying up big for Ryan Kesler. 3 years and $5.2 million, for a guy who has scored a grand total of 18 goals and 26 assists in 158 games.

Luc Robitaille has a new gig after playing for the Kings on three different occasions ...
