And furthermore, that bank I am about to rob is lying. The tellers probably stuffed the money I'm about to be accused of taking in their bras.

You really think this is the same?

And, sorry, but Politico is widely considered to lean right.

Why is it any different? There aren't even any names associated with the Cain allegations.

I guess the only difference is that Sinclair's allegations were said to have occured on Obama's personal time.

I think he does. Remember Clinton?

    It's true.

Politico actually named its children Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun.

What did Obama pay this dude to go away?

I think Clinton was on stronger footing at the time the allegations broke. Plus, again, no settlement in his history, which voters might take as an admission. Even though we realize that it's not.

That being said, Drip, it's a good comparison. You might end up being right. But my gut feeling is that this sticks.

Dick, America is forgiving. And considering the flock of donkeys running against him, I think he's got a better than average chance of seeing this blowover.

Clinton was a no-name when the Gennifer Flowers stuff broke. He was smart though, he got out in front of it and I think people respected that. It was brilliantly done. I think in the long run, it helped him.
