Alert: Adam Carolla podcast

The Adam Carolla podcast yesterday featured an interview with Mr. Skin.

But this podcast was different - it was accompanied by pictures from Mr. Skin's vast library. When they were talking about Phoebe Cates in Fast Times at Ridgemont High, you saw Phoebe Cates in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. The good scenes.

Carolla's podcast is amazing. I listen to at least one a week, which is saying something since they're about an hour long.

 

Keeping in mind that I'm biased, being a mod over at his fan-run message board, but I also love his podcast. It's just him and a guest shooting the S (as he would say) for an hour. While some of the guests - Lynn and Alex, Andy Dick - I can't handle, he has had some unique guys on there with interesting stories, like Mr. Skin and Ron Livingston.

 

He's had Artie Lange as well. He done two with Kimmel, but I'd rather him do one where they go over how long they've been friends. The Jerry O'Connell one was really good. He had Gary Dell'abate on. He did one with Bobcat Goldthwait that was surprisingly interesting. Greg Fitzsimmons and Greg Giraldo were both great as well.

It's usually a really in-depth interview that you usually only get from someone like Stern, who actually can give guests an hour.

 

Carolla really did a number on Dr. Drew during the Mr. Skin podcast.

There must be quite the interesting dynamic between those two.
