  3. But Ron Paul is nuts.
Rudy Giuliani implies that they waterboarded mafiosos in NYC.

    A couple more slogans:

Torture: So easy, even a caveman can do it.

We're going to torture, but I have some good news. I just saved a bunch of money on car insurance ....

    Torture: This is ourrrrr countryyyy!

I thought the American public was tortured enough by simply having Fredo as president. Apparently, I was wrong.

    Putz.

All these guys on Death Row, who have raped 4-year-olds, raped and mutilated mothers, etc. ... their sentences will now end with an industrial-strength Sominex doseage after a large lobster dinner. Isn't THAT special

They absolutely should be tortured if the victims' families believe it appropriate.

I still haven't seen a good response to this quote:

"Anyone who knows what waterboarding is could not be unsure. It is a horrible torture technique used by Pol Pot and being used on Buddhist monks as we speak. People who have worn the uniform and had the experience know that this is a terrible and odious practice and should never be condoned in the U.S. We are a better nation than that," - Senator John McCain.

This isn't wannabe tough guy on a message board (Hi Simon and HeyAbbot!), this isn't some columnist, this isn't some TV producer, this isn't a politician who has never worn a uniform (Bush, Cheney).

This is someone who actually fought in a war, was captured and was tortured. I respect his opinion a hell of a lot more than anybody else.

Has McCain had a 4-year-old granddaughter raped, mutilated and burned to death?
