    I've interviewed Deaderick several times in my previous incarnation on the Alabama beat. Funny, smart, engaging guy. Had a chance to play in the NFL with a good senior year. Hope he can make it all the way back.

    Bad luck. Bad story.
    On a positive note (if their is one when someone's shot) the Alabama program has no doubt got a handful of people ready to step in and prove they are worthy of a top-tier SEC roster spot.
