... and be there till 2016.

    That is all.

Technically, if he won the presidency in 2008, he wouldn't actually leave it until 2017. But hey, I like the idea otherwise.

    1. He, like Obama, has complete immunity from the war, articulating strong position against it from day 1.

    2. He is unquestionably presidential and, all kidding aside, the most intelligent person in the field.

    3. His Global Warming message has grown very mainstream.

    4. The residents of Florida know they owe him and will vote accordingly.

We're relying on the kindness in the hearts of Florida residents? Pardon me while I snicker.

This, of course, is dependent on Gore actually, you know, running for president.....

A lot of Florida's Nader voters in 2000 think they are responsible for the murder of all those kids in Iraq.

Yes... all part of my prognostication.

Got no problem with you or Gore, Columbo...in fact, I'd like to see Gore take it ... but I think we're relying a bit too much on the intelligence of large swaths of voters. I mean, this is the same nation that's made American Idol a hit show.

I think his position on the war and warming are platinum.

I'm one of those voters, and I don't feel that way.

    God willing, Columbo. God willing.

(Where are the wingnuts to tell us how the environment is great, there's nothing to worry about and the world would have ended if Gore was in office in 2001?)
