    Admittedly, when they dress up the way they describe these new reorganizations, they sound effective. Streamlining some processes is probably a good idea. Building up an internet presence is a must.

    But in the end, call it whatever you want, the reality is this: fewer people with increasing responsibilities. How's quality supposed to be maintained?
