Do not act belligerently and refuse to calm down.

Would still like an explanation as to why TSA has to paw through your wallet if you hold it your hands when you go through the full body scanner that doesn't work.

Definite vibe of a pre-existing attitude problem. Story says nowhere that TSA agents even asked for a pat-down; sounds like she was going through the regular detector. Tends to happen when you fly. Got a problem with it? There are alternative means of transport.

Sounds to me like she planned the entire scene, especially the part about trying to take cellphone video.

    Hard to tell.

Though, well trained agents probably could have calmed her down.

Flying is already stressful for most people -- especially people who don't do it often. The security procedures are new to people who don't fly much. They seem onerous and unwarranted to people. And, the TSA is often unwilling to explain their procedures to people or why they are necessary.

They should expect parents to be upset when their young child/daughter is subjected to additional security. They should take a minute to explain what they are doing, why, and how it will work.

According to Abbott, TSA started the screaming, not her. Here's a link to the video: http://www.newschannel5.com/story/15177854/security-video-released-of-airport-incident

Of course Abbott says they started it. In a few years, she'll be calling the local newspaper demanding a story about how the local coaching staff is illegally conspiring to keep her daughter from starting in junior high basketball.

Yeah, take that one to trial. No jury would ever convict.
