    I dated a girl from Wilkes-Barre about ten years ago. I would take Hartford over the region. (although I think CT would very much hold it's own in comparing corruption)

    Not really. Story said he's doing it because the city council won't go along with a tax increase.

    If that every happened, each and every journalist worth their salt at that paper should write a column absolutely destroying and embarrassing the chain.

    Kinda like how the NY Post did with Abe Hirschfeld roughly 20 years ago.

    The last time we took the Steamtown train out to Moscow, it broke down halfway through the return trip. We sat in the dark for two hours until a rescue train arrived.

    I now blame the city of Scranton for this.
