What's really going to be a mess are the NFC playoff scenarios that'll roll out in Week 15 with the tie factored in.

Just general weirdness in the No Fun League yesterday. Not only did we have a tie, but the Steelers-Chargers game ended in the first 11-10 final score in league history. That covers more than 12,000 games.

I can tell you that the agony of agate clerks (non AP standings papers) actually was discussed in the Cincy press box as Sunday's hideous game lurched to a close. I ventured that this might be a sidebar angle, since there weren't that many.
But bat is right, the playoff scenarios are going to be the bigger mess.

Nah, makes it easier. Eagles will be in a spot by themselves. You either finish ahead or behind them.

And I bet the percentage of agate clerks who knew the game could end in a tie is higher than the percentage of QBs who played in the game that knew it:

I've been to two HS football games that ended 11-10. One, though, was decided by Georgia's idiotic penetration rule, so that doesn't really count.

Damn. It must be painful to lose that way.

    Sorry.
