I've never said anything against a constitutional argument for the rights of gays in relationships. I've said civil unions should be the extent of the government's business in it, and that polygamists (consenting adults) should also be afforded the same rights.

What I have always cautioned against is an agenda here that goes well beyond one's sexual relationship rights.
