By seen, I'm talking about sitting down and watching it start to finish.

I feel so lame, because I've only seen 31. I need to get cracking ...

    My current list:

    Citizen Kane
    Casablanca
    Gone with the Wind
    The Wizard of Oz
    The Graduate
    On the Waterfront
    Star Wars
    Psycho
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
    2001: A Space Odyssey
    ET
    Apocolypse Now
    North by Northwest
    A Clockwork Orange
    Taxi Driver
    Jaws
    Snow White
    Amadeus
    The Sound of Music
    Fantasia
    Raiders of the Lost Ark
    Tootsie
    Close Encounters
    The Silence of the Lambs
    Network
    Forrest Gump
    Dances With Wolves
    Rocky
    Platoon
    Pulp Fiction
    Unforgiven

EDIT: I am indeed lame, for I was looking at the wrong list. I feel better that I'm up to 31, but there are some on there I need to see. For instance, it's a source of unending derision among my friends that I haven't seen The Godfather, though I can quote a number of lines from it, or The Godfather, Part II.

I've seen 56 of them and own at least 25 of them. There's a few on there that I own and haven't seen. I'll have to get on those and then see what I can do about the rest.

A bunch of the Hitchcock movies I've seen a lot of, but not all of. My grandmother used to watch them when I was a kid I'd watch parts of them, but not all the way through. Psycho and Rear Window were the only ones that kept my attention all the way through.

There's a bunch of Westerns in there that I haven't seen, but will eventually, including The Searchers, Shane and The Wild Bunch.

Looking through the list there is one movie that jumps out me and makes me say, "How the hell did that get on there?" That movie is "Fargo." I just did not get that movie. It didn't do a thing for me except make me want feed anyone with a Minnesota accent (or Dakota or whatever) into a wood chipper.

And for the record, I didn't count any of the movies that I've seen parts of. If I didn't sit down and watch all the way through I didn't count it.
