No dog after all. Just got an e-mail from her canceling our meeting on Saturday cause she gave him to someone last night. I hate life :(

That sucks. She just gave the dog to another person with no warning at all?

You should go to a shelter and get a dog this weekend.

    Yeah. Stupid bitch.

And I've already started perusing the shelter sites.

You didn't want that ugly-ass, moussed, teased dog anyway.

    Go get a good Labrador.

    Or a Boxer.

Sorry to hear that, 'Beetus. Not cool at all.

Rescue a slow greyhound. You can thank me later.

You can also go to local vets and check their bulletin boards for dogs. I got one of my dogs for free that way.

    Another great option.

We almost did this 10 years ago, because there's a greyhound rescue place near our house. But a greyhound wouldn't have gone well with three cats.

Plus, my son isn't comfortable around dogs. He just isn't.
